About Westbourne Estates
A family-run garden and grounds maintenance business built on hard work, attention to detail, and a genuine love of the outdoors.
Our Story
Our Story
Westbourne Estates was founded with a simple belief: that a well-maintained garden makes a real difference to how a home or business feels. What started as a local lawn-cutting service has grown into a full grounds maintenance company trusted by homeowners, landlords, and businesses across the region.
We've built our reputation the old-fashioned way — by turning up on time, doing the job properly, and treating every garden as if it were our own. Our clients stay with us because they know they can rely on us, season after season.
What We Stand For
Reliability
We show up when we say we will. No last-minute cancellations, no excuses — just consistent, dependable service you can plan around.
Quality
We take pride in every job, whether it's a quick lawn trim or a full grounds overhaul. The details matter to us as much as they do to you.
Honesty
Straightforward pricing, honest advice, and no hidden costs. We'll always tell you what your garden needs — and what it doesn't.
Care
We genuinely care about the spaces we maintain. That means treating your property with respect and leaving it better than we found it.
The Team
Our small, experienced team has decades of combined knowledge in horticulture, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.
James Westbourne
Founder & Head Groundsman
James has been working in grounds maintenance for over 20 years. He founded Westbourne Estates to bring a more personal, professional approach to garden care in the local area.
Sarah Westbourne
Operations & Client Relations
Sarah manages the day-to-day running of the business, from scheduling and quotes to making sure every client is happy with the service they receive.
Tom Hargreaves
Senior Groundsman
Tom joined the team five years ago and brings specialist knowledge in hedge work, topiary, and seasonal planting. He's the one clients ask for by name.
